Eat well, live well, be well


The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates (known as the father of medicine) once said that all diseases begin in the gut.  There is an ancient Chinese proverb which says that food is medicine.  And we all understand that we are what we eat.  Eat well with fruits, vegetables, yogurt and milk kefir.Basically, to be well we must eat well.  With all of today’s processed foods, it’s important to include high quality nutritious unprocessed whole foods containing prebiotics as well as fermented foods containing probiotics.

Our food choices and activities each day affect our overall health — not only how we feel today, but also tomorrow and our future. A nutritious, well-balanced diet along with a healthy exercise routine is the foundation upon which good health is built. The nutrients in the foods we eat support our activities, protect our cells from environmental damage, and repair any cellular damage that may occur.

While we can’t help you with your exercise routine, we can help you eat well.
